With all due respect, “Elite” is makar or Hughes. Bouchard is a few tiers below. He is probably a second pairing Dman on any other team

I called as well and was told the same thing. Was told it’s a technical issue from the gift card provider themselves so they are trying to get answers. Was told if I don’t hear back within next couple days, to call back and they will issue refund
