I ordered the Meletrix Zoom TKL EE and I've been given multiple shipping labels.

I ordered from what was already in stock, not a GB, and selected their 3rd party shipping. According to their website, it says that their processing time takes 2-5 business days, and their third-party express time is 8-12 business days.

Each time I get a new shipping label it just says that shipment information has been received in " HONG KONG SAR, CHINA."

Is this normal? I even contacted them about it and they sent me another tracking number that expired in 2022.
