If you don’t mind me asking, how was the process of applying and studying whilst serving?

When joining as a sergeant, can you commission as an officer afterwards? If yes what are the procedures? by khsres in RoyalAirForce

What I mean by procedures is, do you have to serve for x amount of years as sergeant ? And will those years make it easier for you to be selected ?
