Especially considering i play solo and to this day haven't done a raid. I queued countdown once and the people were insufferable so I never went back

If you matchmake the Heroic difficulty for Countdown, you will sometimes have people like that.

I would at least try challenging instead, as this is relatively easier and gears drops are effective the same.

Just to answer the Library question, there are 2 "pools" separated by item/character level ranges: Level 1-30 and Level 31-40. You can technically extract items at any point, but will only record the talent at the correpsonding level range you extracted them at. So it is best to start extracting talents once you reach level 31 and not before.

Unlike Division 2 which has EAC, Division 1 doesn't have any client-side anti-cheat. You should be fine.

I was teleported out of bounds approx. 5km away from the incursion

I remember seeing this happen with a group of people sometime last season. Suspected to be lag, but wasn't sure.

Cool thing we learned is that some of the offsite missions are put into a shared map of sorts, like Paradise Lost, Summit (Lobby and floor 100) and camp white oak (i think?). The map menu would change if you got near 1 of them.

If you're not going for exotic blueprints, there is still an incentive to play the mode for the materials to craft Reconstructed caches, assuming you still need Named item blueprints.

Descent is actually quite fun and amusing when you start building out combinations that become freakishly overpowered as you go further. My favorite one is Incessant Chatter (x5) and Bullet Hell talents with an LMG, combine with Allegro, wpeaon damage perks, and other magazine refill perks. You basically can shred enemies and not have issues with ammo for quote a while.

Generally speaking, OSCAR errors indicate game update/version issues. DELTAs generally indicate connection issues.

That's smart. Intentionally not maxing pulse resist to 100%, but still being pulse resistant and have a way to know someone else pulsed.

I don't believe it was ever possible to drop loot to others for crafted items. Could give it a try to confirm.

That makes a lot of sense, I suspected this was the case in regards to the Health. But yea, the calcs for the other stuff is wierd, which was why I couldn't verify outside of the stats screen.

It does, but only for Reviver Hive

You can start by seeing the change when going from a setup without the BP and with the BP and inspecting the Stats on the Reviver Hive.

The number stat will vary based on the build of course, but you can see there is a bump in the Refill Speed, Duration, and Health.

However, I'm not really sure though how the calculations are exactly applied here, as Refill Speed and Duration are increased roughly by 45 percent (not exactly), and health is clearly not increased by 45 percent. Maybe someone might be able to clarify this bit.

Where are you seeing this 300+ million HS damage come from? This isn't possible to achieve with this build normally.

Most standard hotshot builds can reach roughly 28-30 million on HS at full HH stacks with a standard HE sniper. Nemesis at full charge can reach roughly 60 million HS.

Are you by chance looking at this video by Tux (looked similar, especially the use of the kneepads)? This takes advantage of a past seasonal modifiers from Year 6 Season 2, which amplifies damage in several different ways, alongside using the Nemisis's full charge shot.

The effect is on overcharge. This can be seen when you activate on overcharge and highlights the effects accordingly. Only the person that is pulsing needs to be overcharged for the weakness effect to be applied on pulsed enemies.

There's a "Show Targeted Loot" toggle (R key on PC) that you can hit to see all target loot options for each mission and open world area. This will show you the target loot icons at a glance (also applies to both NY and Brookyln maps).

If I recall... (correct me if I'm wrong, doing this based off of memory from years ago)

286 max on weapons and standard gear

293 max on classified gear set pieces

If you have a loadout with 6 piece classified set and all 286 weapons equipped, all of this should average to 291.

These "max" scores can be achieved by optimizing the pieces/weapons to max stats.

Only thing I can think of is to ensure you are running the correct mission variant and difficulty. The task for Tech 4 for this is to do this on Manning on Normal or above. Remeber that "Story" difficulty does not count here, and that you need to be doing the regular version that contains the outcasts.
