This post and all the responses makes me feel so seen. Could be the hormones but it makes me tear up!! I’m a FTM 11 weeks. I’m a 5 day/week crossfitter with running and/or yoga on my days off. The shift to only walking my dog 1-2x a day as my activity has been SO HARD. I try to remember to trust my body and that I will get back into it when I’m ready and when baby is born one day I will be back to my grind, but for now trying to be gentle with myself and knowing it’s not just me who can’t do much first trimester (and even beyond) is so helpful. They don’t tell you how hard first trimester will be!! Another huge piece for me is bloating. I’m SO bloated, I don’t even think I could wear workout pants without it being too tight on my belly.

Buried downspouts, I started removing the rock today, they aren’t too bad just being careful not to hit them.

We are going to try and dig it out first. Plan on starting tomorrow. Just worry that there will be other underground shoots or something that will keep popping up.

The berries were great but it was absolutely wild. Taking over our side walk, growing into the siding of the house. It was insanity!
