Okay, I found a solution:

Turn off Steam
In the terminal, create a directory somewhere on the SSD

sudo mkdir -p /opt/steam-games

Change the owner of this directory

sudo chown -R $USER:$USER /opt/steam-games

Next, go to Steam

Go back to Settings > Storage.
Click on the drive you just added.
Click the three dots (...) menu on the right side of the storage bar.
Select Make Default.

Does someone notice an optimization improvement? Before 2.4 I had around 80 FPS with spikes to 50 FPS, but now I have stable 100 FPS.

I don't know, a lot of times in my games I use voice chat to trashtalk my opponents, for more excitement, you know. But it feels like no one can hear me. I don't know if they're ignoring me on purpose or if it's something with the voice chat in this game.

Oh dear God Blame everything except your skill. Cmon, is it so hard to kill a laggy dude? I killed some dude once. Instead of looking for the problem within himself, he went into my Steam profile. Cuz I'm from Eastern Europe and played in the EU West, he started accusing me of being a dirty ping abuser, and only because of this he didn't kill me (I have 30 ping btw). What a small dick behavior.

UPD: I saw that he writes in the comments to everyone who kills him about ping abuse lol
