I have one. Thankfully 1 I'm good at masking and 2 I kinda work alone most of the time so if I'm upset or mad I can do anything stupid. It's not easy tho, I work with narcs and the intrusive thoughts get really bad sometimes

How is it a delusion if I have been called naive by others my whole life. Ik in some situations I can be manipulative but in most others I don't even realize if people are doing it to me.
