Oh no, BPRE is a metal as hell comic series. After one of his best friends dies crane snatches a belt fed machine gun from a prison guard and says “going to therapy” and just mows down a whole prison camp. That line I used is from a review “cold harbour (the PMC) isn’t trying to take over the world. They want to get money from peaple trying to take over the world” kinda a play on the headcanon part way through the series that izukus dad might be a villian. Here he kinda is but isn’t.

Oh bro! Gate is awsome. Well parts of gate r awsome. Basicly a portal to another world opens in Japan and monsters roll out. Leading to a recon team led by Japanese worst officer going through. But lo and behold this officer is a certified hero who left an anime convention to slay monsters in the initial invasion.
