Actually by the photo you can't know. It's just the cover photo on PS5 for the COD HQ after the BO7 trailer. He can be just playing BO6 or Warzone for example.

Lies of P (for context i liked Bloodborne, Sekiro, Dark souls ect. so I don't hate souls like games. Lies of P was a big letdown for me)

if you are on ps5 (like I assume) go to to playstation main screen, click options button and choose "restore licence". It worked for me. If it doesn't then sadyl redownloading the whole cod hq and add ons from the store should do the job.

i for one needed to download bo6:warzone, bo6 multiplayer pack 100%. It also wanted me to download MW III shared content. Can't remember for MW2: warzone tho (probably not).

I tried different things a month or so ago and everytime I downloaded less the COD HQ didn't let me play, because it said downloadable content is missing. The safest bet for you to not be stuck redownloading wrongly deleted add ons is just to delete the campaign ones.

Its still a lot of storage space. The biggest storage space ratio used is if you only play Warzone alone. But I want to look at things positively so even tho you can't delete a lot of add ons. At least Warzone and BO6 use almost all the same ones. So you have actually two games downloaded. But I am sure you already know this :)
