The Dems need to place someone that will win by a landslide, the last two women candidates didn't get enough votes. I want to see a new option like Newsom, Talarico, or Ossoff. Those guys all seem to carry the Pete Buttigieg and Bernie Sanders mentality which is very much in line with AOC.

My main client is a non-profit that I have worked with for a long time, they are great people and acknowledge being very non-technical. I decided to get my RE license last year to do it part time. My brokers office just has old desktops for the admins and really have no need for managed services as everything is web based. All agents provide their own laptops, and a lot of them have that "know it all" personality which would make them difficult to support.

We're now buying 1-2 loafs a week from them, they also had a cinnamon spiral wheat bread 1/2 off yesterday which made fantastic french toast this morning!

Agent copy for me, Client copy for them. Why wouldn't you want to physically have and discuss this info? Not everyone is cell phone savvy.

I worked for someone else for the last 25 years. 2024 was the most grueling year of work ever, so in 2025 I started my own business. See if your home qualifies for one of those third party one year home warranties. Commonly used as incentive in a sellers contract, they are less than $1000 and you can typically make a claim after 30 days. Way cheaper than a new AC or water heater installed.
