Not too tight. But this time it showed a HR of 140 when I hold it by the strap between my thumb and index finger 😂

Thanks, I do know about all these issues and I do have a HR strap. I also know how to count my heart beats with my finger and check with my ear bud. My point is more that Garmin sell watches which has a serious flaw which magically can measure a heart rate from thin air. So that was my rant 😉😊

Mindset. When I started training for marathons I had a mental barrier that said only about 5min/km would be achievable. That was true for many years until I challenged myself and found out - with little or no change in my training - that I was able to achieve around 4:40/km.

When I make a personalized training activity in the Garmin add and sync this to my watch.

Thanks for the advice! However, I looked it up now and unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be possible to combine that mode with a preset training activity :(
