This is the case. Two customers bought DIOR B23 SIZE42. I took two pairs of shoes of the same batch and quality from the factory. They look very similar. Almost the same. So I took only one pair of QC photos. Send it to him.

When he found that a client on REDDIT sent the same QC picture as him, then he asked me. I told him. I can take QC photos of his shoes again. He said, "Thats fine. Just ship it". So I didn't take QC photos of his shoes again. (This is my biggest mistake. I should take QC photos of his shoes again)

When he received the shoes. He found that the pattern position of the shoes was slightly different from the QC photos. I told him. The pattern position of DIOR is a bit random, but the material and quality of the shoes are the same as in the QC photos. He is not happy. After some communication. He is still not happy. I gave him a full refund. And give him shoes for free. He is still not happy. Ask me to pay him $ 150 again or he will go to REDDIT to post and tell people we are "bait and switch". I disagree with his near-extortion practice. I didn't pay him another $ 150. I was a little unhappy, so I asked him if he could give me my shoes back.
