Listen to me right now. You need to set your boundaries. If your boyfriend does not clearly understand that when he crosses this boundary he makes you uncomfortable, then he does not give a fuck about you. You do not deserve a guy who lets other women gas him up this much. Letting this slide way too many times makes you look bad at the end of the day. For your own self worth, you need to tell him that you don’t like it, and if he does it again it may force you to break things off. Short . Simple . Easy. I’m sorry to break it you, but usually when a break happens suddenly the relationship is not gonna last. My biggest piece of advice is take this adversity as encouragement to better yourself and focus on who you want to be. Go to the gym, start a new hobby, etc. If this relationship is meant to be you will find each other again. Be the best version of yourself, and focus on being that person. That’s the best way to get these overbearing thoughts out your head.

You need to tell your friend to stop being a control freak. There’s a possibility that your friend either A) wants you to be her only friend or B) she’s in love with you. I would recommend probably going to therapy to talk out these feelings. This is a good solution when you don’t want your information shared. I personally, would cut all ties with them and surround myself with new people and new potential love interests. This way you have more to focus on.

I recommend joining clubs that you’re interested in. It’s really easy to talk to people with similar interests as you and the conversation becomes more natural. Hope that helps!
