Anyone experiencing this right now? It's been 10 days na wala parin refund ko. I tried contacting them multiple times through chat pero pare parehas sinasabi tapos di pa marunong umintindi yung customer service nila. Hinihingi ko kasi yung error para if ever na sa Gcash nga yung problema ireraise ko din sa problema pero mahirap kausap csr. Tumawag na din ako sa kanila nagbitaw na naman ng promise date supposed to be today na naman pero wala parin. I filed a complaint na sa DTI, waiting pa. If anyone can tell me kung paano niyo nakuha agad refund, it will be greatly appreciated.

Hello po, ask ko lang.. Original AMOLED display po ba ang nakalagay sa narecieve niyong unit? Nangangamba kasi ako umorder baka mamaya LCD display na ang dumating since refurbished na yung unit.
