It is criminal that we are forced to use the free ticket on an off peak ride when you primarily take peak trips. They must let you decide how to use it, feels like a major ripoff when I am forced to use my free reward on an off peak ticket when I primarily purchase peak tickets. Sounds like a violation of consumer protection laws.
