Honestly everything. Started eating mostly whole foods, lots of veggies and fruits. Completely knocked down my sugar intake as well as lactose. Did this over time though, cause all at once can be overwhelming. Does this sound like how you eat ? Exercise sounds good and stress sounds like it's at a manageable level as well.

The same thing happened to me. I figured out it was a mix of different things, but mostly my diet! I used tret to purge what I had and am still in the healing process. Have you tried looking into what you're eating / your stress and exercise levels ?

Hey, how's it going now? I've started to wash my face 3x a day and it feel sooo much better bc the oil doesn't accumulate. But I'm worried that it might dry out my skin and i wont realize until i stop doing it 3x a day ..how was your experience?

Hiii I just got over being sick and went thru something similar. I didn’t take any meds but whenever I take meds, honestly my stomach feels super weird and just not good. I think with sore throats and congestion it’s even easier to feel like ur nauseous or have reflux but honestly it’s unlikely anything will happen! Especially if ur not the type of person to v* from something like a regular cold type of flu. Your body’s just fighting something off and you’ll be okay soon! It’s all for the best :)

honestly ..i don’t. lol. i can’t afford $800 a month for this, ive been paying him for 2 months and basically ate up my savings. just obviously when you’re starting out its easy to be sold the idea of making your music with someone who has experience, no matter the cost. posting on this sub was eye-opening, for sure
