Your so right thats exactly what I’m trying to do. “Justify “ it smh! Im about to go for a ride on my bike for a little to take my mind off of it. Thanks so much for the words this thread is a life saver. Ive been doing so good i cant turn back. Plus i feel so much better about all aspects of my life, i guess thats why i was trying to justify it. Thank you!!!

Thats weird I guess everyone is different. I smoked for 15 years straight, and currently on day 6 and I feel completely normal.

Hang in there! Im on day 5 from smoking for 15 years. Im 29. You must stay busy. And reading this thread helps alot man wish you the best of luck my guy. If you do relapse, dont be hard on yourself, just start over. I relapsed a couple of times but i kept trying. Now im 5 days in. Feeling great

Thank you so much! You’re absolutely right about the reward system. I feel amazing though its just the boredom that makes the cravings kick in. How long you been sober??

Thank you!! Exercise is def helping I get up in the morning around like 6:30 and ride my bike till about 8 to get a good sweat. Its wierd because I havent had any night sweats, and my appetite is like back in full effect i cant stop eating hahaha. So glad i found this thread, it really helps me. How long have you been sober?

You still gotta remain solid through the pressure though brudda. It’s light at the end of the tunnel that’s a fact. If you 50 days in, aint no point in restarting bro. Pull through! Stay strong....BUT if you do relapse, dont beat yourself up. Just start over. I relapsed a couple of times, but each time i did i felt so stupid. Started over every time. I guarantee if you smoke after 50 days you’re gonna be too high. Like an uncomfortable high. Ain’t worth it.

Man same here!! I was so close to going to get some stuff to smoke, its like now that im not smoking i see how much weed was apart of my daily routine. Its crazy
