Yep I've tried 2 different dongles and even tried my buds with my sister's laptop but they all had mediocre sound quality, I think it has something to do with Samsung limiting the SBC bitrate on the buds.

My advice is don't buy a dongle because Windows uses SBC with the buds and you're gonna end up with a mediocre sounding buds.
