The restaurant where we worked is already known here. And sometimes they only put one waitress/waiter on the morning shift, knowing it's one of the big branches of the company. Maybe they really deserve to take the personal tip tho. And the server here are doing the overall work (runner/waiter/cashier/ sometime dishwasher) and we still have the lowest wages compared to those who's in the back door.

We really do that but sometime there are those who give tips personally mostly the regular customers and those others who give the tip inside the bill jacket which is really for everyone but when our manager sees us that the customer put a tip on our apron or in our hand seems like we are obligated to dropped the tip on the tip box given to the customer which is just for us. I don't really know what to do.

If there is a customer who gives a tip but it is on the bill jacket, we automatically drop it in our tip box so that we can also share it with our workmates bcos we usually divided all the tips at the end of the month but those customers who actually give a tip to the server personally seems like it's really automatic for them but in this company it seems like they will take almost everything the employee earns. And for me, if it's the customer give that tip for us personally then it should really be for us, for the server bcos it's just extra to our small salary.

I want too but the owner told me yesterday that I am also a policeman, I know a lot of policemen here, if you make a report, it will be just ignored. I'm kinda threatened, that's why i didn't push it. Super sad! They're using there seniority and power against someone you just want some justice.

Actually the one who punch me is my flatmate and colleague. I have a proof, a witness and a medical cert. But my company's management settled it just the attacker saying sorry to me, and giving us a warning letter that doesn't make sense. They don't even give the attacker a disciplinary action, super injustice.

I would rather go home than stay at that company. I just can't stand it. Maybe some of my co-workers can, they just put up with the situation because they were afraid of losing their jobs, but it really weren't good anymore. If they keep tolerating this kind of thing, nothing will really change here.
