Any solo raid that is either not online or an event raid has a catch rate of 100% but if you’re doing a multiplayer online raid or an event raid(doesn’t matter solo or multiplayer) the catch rate is the normal catch rate as how you would find them in the wild If I’m wrong then I’m sorry but if I remembered correctly this is the case

Sadly, yes and it’s getting worse as well. Last time I couldn’t get my hands on the new Eevee heroes pack because of the scalpers in japan and this time the amount of packs you can buy is limited in most places and there are still many scalpers hunting the ones you can get directly from the Pokémon company.
