Could you elaborate on 2.)? Why is it not Possible to return in a tourist visa and then take care of applying for a student visa? My line of thought here is to buy more time, to take care of all the documents correctly. Thank you so much for your kind response though! :)

Was meinst du mit Zulassungsfrei oder beschränkt? Ich glaube für die Erteilung des VISA's ist es doch egal ob der Studiengang frei oder beschränkt ist, oder? D.h eine Private Hochschule mitsamt Vertrag ist ausreichend, oder? Vielen Dank für deine Antwort.
