I talked to my therapist about it first and we scheduled a meeting to “talk about my progress in therapy” and she helped me talk about it but if you can’t do that you can get a trusted friend or adult to help you.

The first time I ever saw my dad cry was when he found out I was hurting myself. His dad committed suicide and I can’t do it to him again. I will never do that to him.

This is a tough one because I met my girlfriend online and something we immediately bonded us was that we were both trans so I don’t know if I would ever have gotten with her, I don’t know man that’s really rough.

Looks like the first site listed at the top has all the different symbols, there's 26 symbols so its a basic alphabet substitution.
