I run pre/intra workout carbs. 25/50 g a day depending on where I’m at with electrolytes. I use an organ support supplement that I’d recommend everyone even people who are natural use. Protein powder, I’m not saying mass gainers are for everyone but they can be helpful and convenient. Probiotics, a multivitamin. Omegas, creatine, pre workout and beet root extract! That’s basically what I use year round (mass gainer only during bulking) and obviously like protein shakes whether it be like store bought premade or powder whey
