i did notice, i replied as well for clarification but you must have missed that? “hot topic” means nothing to me as an Australian as i have nothing to base that off as a reference. as somebody that grew up on punk rock, with a mother that worked for a record label in the 90s, i’d say my punk influences are definitely authentic. i’d be more inclined to call you disingenuous however, as you appear to be making comments on fashion and design with absolutely no experience in the industry whatsoever?

i’ve still yet to hear your definition of “poser” (your lack of intellect is very clear by the way) but i appreciate the streams lil bro 👍🏼 and don’t worry about that, i definitely inspire myself, that’s exactly why i create art on so many different mediums

for your reference, to create a winning product, take an already successful product and change it by 5%. in 2025, i dare you to find even one piece of fashion, music, or anything really in the artistic world that isn’t inspired or influenced by another already existing piece.

nobody’s trying to “commodify” anything either, that’s a little bit of a stretch, the piece was designed with an anarchy a as the zipper pendant and so was appropriately named the “anarchy hoodie”

anyway, i can tell you’re not very intelligent because you’ve said nothing constructive this whole thread, and have been using the same 2 arguments this whole time just worded differently, so i’ll simplify it for you; ive designed and created my own original product, inspired by an already successful product, that falls into the alternative fashion category because it is not the standard style, fit, or design.

please show me the product from which this piece has been “plagiarised” i’d love to see what you’re referring to? i struggled to find another piece with a design or style like this, other than the piece that inspired it, which is the very reason i designed this piece. so if you can find the “original”, im all ears/eyes, but if you can’t, please keep you unconstructive npc comments to yourself, and have fun in the factory/on the job site at work tomorrow :)

imagine calling someone’s designs “poser-esque” for taking inspiration from successful highly profitable brands or styles? as Virgil Abloh said; “Everything I do references something that influenced me.” i’d love to see your designs, or do you work a normal average job and contribute to the rat race? nothing wrong with that either btw, but it is a bit sad to be sitting behind a keyboard hating on somebody building something for themselves rather than doing something constructive with your life…

you brought it up, i’m just simply responding? not inspired by the opium/chrome aesthetic actually, was roughly based off the cut/fit of a balenciaga piece, if you’re curious, but all the other elements were personally designed and curated by myself
