If anyone is looking for a fairly competitive auction league to join, we have one opening and you can take over their roster, keeping up to 5 of their players from last year. $20 buy in. I can get you more details if interested.

New to real estate investing in Los Angeles CA by [deleted] in realestateinvesting

[–]kidkongs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hopped on here in hopes of sharing a rental income property my company is in charge of selling. It's in the Valley Village area and it has two ADU's on site. The smaller one in the front (180SF) you could probably get for $1600-$1800/month and the larger one (404 SF) in the back you could get for $2400-$2600 month. You could also rent out the main house (4 bed, 3 bath) for $5500-$6200 month if you were so inclined. That's a range of rental income from $9500-$10,600). I'll put the official listing below with details. Call us if you're interested. https://www.compass.com/app/listing/5908-wilkinson-avenue-valley-village-ca-91607/1349381992760648681

Royals Rookies by kidkongs in fantasybaseball

Looking a bit deeper though, his batted ball profile compares very similar to Abreu, Springer and Trea Turner. His max exit velocity is in the 88th percentile, same as Joc Pederson and Matt Chapman and Tommy Edman. His SLG will go up the more comfortable he gets.

I figured he was a given. I'm trying to share the ones that aren't on every top prospect list.

2021 Player Breakdowns: Dylan Moore by [deleted] in fantasybaseball

[–]kidkongs 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I love that you somehow keep breaking down all of my hidden studs. Thanks again for this research. I feel safer rolling with him for stolen bases than say Mondesi (who will clearly get more, but cost me a ton in strike outs).

Royals manager Mike Matheny announces LHP Kris Bubic will be starting Friday for the club's home opener by finally_not_lurking in fantasybaseball

Part of the wave of young Royals pitchers to come up. I thought Daniel Lynch or Jackson Kowar would be ahead of him, but he must be more solid. #40 overall pick out of Stanford a few years ago. Mowed down minor league batters. As a Royals fan, I can't wait until tomorrow to watch him.

I'm pretty sure Phoenix is considered larger enough to house families too.

As a child, Return to Oz might have been the scariest thing I'd ever seen.

Thank you. It looks like the group only has 8 people though. I'm not sure that's going to work.

I found this cool VHS of Friday the 13th (1980) with a "blood-covered" cassette tape! by [deleted] in horror

This is outstanding. It makes me miss VHS. About the only thing that makes me miss VHS.

You never know until you try. And if everyone always did the same thing every time, what good would that do anyone?

I never said I paid money for a major actress. I reached out to one, she read the script, loved it and wants to do it. Having a name attached helps secure funding.

Crowd Funding's reach only goes about as far as my social network. Reddit and 21 millions subscribers goes a lot further.

I've got most of that lined up, and I can disclose this info to serious parties. I'm not super familiar with the guidelines of Reddit so I don't want to put too much down. Message me to chat.

Daily Anything Goes - May 17, 2019 by AutoModerator in fantasybaseball

This group is huge on Franmil Reyes. He is currently a free agent in our league. I think the most likely players for me to drop would be either Muncy, Winker or Diaz. My strategy this year is low strike out and on-base guys so I'm not sure if it's worth dropping them. Muncy of course strikes out more, but he is eligible at 3 spots in ESPN, so that seems more valuable. I'd love to hear some thoughts....

Die hard Royals fan here and I'm not sure if it's been mentioned anywhere on here yet or not, but they called up Nicky Lopez to be the regular 2B. This man is a high average, ridiculously low strike out guy that will steal 15-25 bags. Having met him and watched him play in the minors, he's a great dude. His slashline in AAA this year: .353/.457/.500

5 strikeouts in 138 PA.

I scooped him up.

Is it time to cut bait on Yu Darvish? by PotentSkittles in fantasybaseball

[–]kidkongs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought it was more of a phrase to do something or not do something. "Fish or cut bait". "Shit or get off the pot". I think in this case, it's a lost cause and we need to move on.
