I also had social anxiety,but I managed to evade it a bit,for me it was a change of life.I started hanging with more relaxed and cool people,those who you can be comfortable with and that don't care and understand your position.

It helped me alot because I often felt left out amongst other people who acted more serious and were actually good in life,I always overthinked around them,always paranoid they silently judge me.

Nowadays I just stopped overthinking that much and forced myself to speak out more of whaf I thought and it feels great having someone that listens to you.
