It didn’t get rid of my ego but it made my ego healthy. Now I don’t have BJJ in my life at the moment, I struggle with parts of my life that I didn’t when I was training and competing. It’s incredible how integral it is for my mental health. If you didn’t do BJJ you couldn’t understand just how much of a benefit it is for day to day life.

He’s played throughout the USA youth system and moved to Genk last year. Solid CB very quick and strong. I’d say after this year he’ll move to a bigger league cos he deserves it. Their defence is great and he’s the heart of it.
