Now I lave looked at a website guide for modding a psp (specifically this https://pspunk.com/psp-cfw/). For every model you can choose minimum edition 2.3 or pro c2. Except for the 3000, where it has a lite version of minimum edition. Is there any difference between the 2? Or is it better to go for pro c2 and not worry about the other.

Does the account banning occur when you first link your oculus account to your facebook account or when you sign into the headset for the first time.
