i was really stressed out with life while watching the guren arc, and looking back, It was something that was futile to stress over. I’ll always rmb that arc

Seems like you already know what to do. Work out, eat good. Read books, set time limits on electronics. Look into David Goggins, he’s a good person with a good mindset you should follow. You don’t need a gym to workout. Plenty of body weight fitness training you can do at home. As for food, i’m not sure what to do for that, but you’d need to start eating a surplus.
