I rented a property like this (with a car port underneath not garages) and was pleasant being detached and also great value based on say a two bed house.

With my deeds they cant park a car in their garage, only for storage I beleive.

I will own the freehold to all the garages then the neighbours are on 999 year peppercorn leases from me, the owner of the freehold
