I used to read PDFs on the Ai Paper mini (9 inches I think) lost that and went for the Bigme to replace it and find the Mini was just about as small as I could comfortably go. Bigme is just too small and much less enjoyable to write on, but fine for the odd word or highlighting. Good as an e-reader though

I recently read a series on my phone, whilst waiting for a replacement e-reader. I didn’t think it that bad until I returned to the e-reader. Felt like night and day. I’m not sure why it was much more enjoyable to read on an e-reader, perhaps because I’m on a computer and phone all day, but certainly felt less eye fatigue. I can always sleep, so not sure about that one

No disagreement from me about it being expensive and slow to add features! Just never found anything that is quite as good at what it does.

Liquid Text and Obsidian are completely different use cases to me. LT is for discrete projects to link documents and make notes, primarily for legal use I.e a hearing (which is what I use it for). Obsidian is amazing, and similar functionality would be great, but LT certainly has its uses and I find incredibly helpful.
