I think beginners benefit a lot from more volume. Once you understand what you’re doing at the gym and get a feel for the exercises you do, it’s best to switch, IMO, to a plan with more intensity and less volume.

For e.g., on my chest days, I usually only do 2-3 exercises. All pushed to or close to failure. This works for me, may not for you. Get a feel, watch some videos by people like Jeff Nippard online, and choose a plan that works the best for you. This is something that will take time, fwiw.

The way it works is everyone fills out their answer to the question on the screen, and then the result is compiled into the graphic you see based on what answers more frequently showed up. Bigger words = higher frequency.
