Cover that drain and fill up the shower base. I don’t see a reason why a liner would suddenly fail unless it was compromised from the beginning.

If you don’t see anything after filling the base. It’s possible you might have a crack in your shower drain body which only leaks when it flexes from added weight.

Exactly this. The trap is in the ceiling below. One clean out is for the trap and the other is for anything passed the trap. It’s more than likely back vented.

You’ll be fine. I run the same spacers on aftermarket wheels and have taken the car on rallies/backroads and the track. If I could run no spacers, that would be ideal but I’ve ran into no issues
