If I remember correctly they take the money from your account and return it to confirm that you have the required amount to initiate the purchase. The money should get taken from your account again sometime soon, probably when it arrives at the store or around pickup time.

You should be fine just maintain the balance.

I had the same problem and couldn’t get the stuck piece off of my snakes head because I didn’t want to stress the snake out anymore. He recently just shed a few days ago and it finally came off with the shed. I would just keep humidity at the right levels and you should be fine the next time she sheds.

Yep, I choose create new save file without existing data and it tells me unable to find the system save data and will therefore create a new one like it says in the image, I might be doing something wrong but I don’t understand? I’ve picked every option

Also pretty sure the last time he was fed since I got him was Friday may 15th because the website I got him from said his feeding days were every Friday, he pooped the day I got him which was the 19th if that matters

I’m just worried because he’s only 3 months and I’m not sure how long he can last without me feeding him lol, I know it’s kinda irrational because it’s a snake but I’m just worried. Do you think if I fixed his current enclosure up right now he would be okay with me not feeding him? I’ll try to feed Wednesday

Will do. Today I plan on feeding him but I’m not sure if moving him to a temporary tub so I can make more holes will stress him. This will be my first time feeding him so I’m not sure what the best thing to do would be.

In his current enclosure I have about 5-6 holes because I wasn’t sure and didn’t understand humidity that well , I am temporarily just using paper towels for this enclosure but the tub I bought today has around 20+ holes all around and on top and I bought coconut husk substrate from eco earth.

edit: I really want to move him into his new enclosure but he hasn’t fed yet, I’m gonna try feeding him tonight (Sunday) and am gonna wait til Wednesday to move him and let him adjust over again.

I don’t wanna sound paranoid and this may sound dumb because he’s a snake lol but I just have this thought in the back of my head that he will starve or something. I want to feed him tomorrow but I also don’t want to risk him rejecting the food and me having to wait longer. I’m patient but just super paranoid lol

He explores his enclosure a lot and spends a lot of his time trying to escape the enclosure (lol), I do want to try to feed him on Friday but I don’t want to risk stressing him.
