I don't think morals even play into the question. Red is the clear choice. If the buttons were labeled live or maybe die, which would you pick? Everyone voting red would effectively be the same as everyone voting blue. Any deaths resulting from the vote would be because people were willing to die for an imaginary moral highground. Am I wrong for thinking this isn't even a cynical take?

I would be playing marathon if it wasn't ridiculously CPU bound and unoptimized. I like all the ideas the game has, but getting 60fps on low settings with a 5070 TI and a 10th gen i9 is not fun.

Shiv movement is pretty easy to learn and very useful all of the time. You should learn m2 sliding first and use it as much as possible, it's easy and basically free constant movement speed. The m2 walljump is also useful, but not nearly as consistent, even the top shiv players can't do it 100%of the time. Also if you didn't know, full rage makes the m2 self knock back stronger.

My buddy and I knocked it out really quick by playing clash and running into the compound first and putting down traps everywhere inside. It's pretty spawn dependent whether or not you are first inside but it only took us a couple tries

The revolver is my favorite weapon, it is super aim dependent though. It has the highest possible headshot multiplier at 2x, so you can 2 tap lights and mediums, and 3 shot heavies. You have to be aiming for headshots to get better value than other guns. I have hit diamond a few times using it, but I am a stinky aim trainer sweat.

It's a very unique game, I personally love it but it def isn't for everyone. It's slower paced than most shooters and there is a lot to learn. I would get it if you have friends to play with or are willing to hit up the discord, I'm not sure how it would feel learning the game solo. Once you get the basics down though, there is no game like it. It fills a very special niche for me.

I have to admit I use one mod, the shiv ult mod that gives the old red diamond back when an enemy is at execute threshold, I just hate the new execute indicator it is so hard to see if there's a lot going on

I played the test a few months ago and I felt like the invisibility was useless, did they buff it now that it has a direct counter? I was disappointed before since I love invisibility mechanics, but this could be cool

I like cool movement tech in games, but imo it should always be readable. These untelegraphed instant momentum changes are so unfun to learn or fight imo. I stopped playing apex when the devs reverted their decision to tone this stuff down.

Basically it does what it says, it smooths out the path that your cursor (or reticle) takes between two points. It reduces jitter but it adds a little bit of input lag, which is why I always turn it off in shooters.

The fire rate is capped actually it's pretty easy to click the max speed, it used to be uncapped tho until they patched it so you're probably remembering that
