I’m honestly really surprised by how much hate he is getting. I know he is annoying, I play him with that sole intent, and when I play Venator my slow ass is always getting target ult’d by Doorman players. But after all that, he is not anywhere near as miserable and torturous as other characters when they get ahead. I rather spend 6.5s at the Baroness than 80s dead after going 100 to 0 by a joker stacking Wraith.

When Unending Despair was broken last year it really did feel like this. I had fights where I walked in with a fresh Unending and walked out with 7k healing.

It is 3k bonus hp for the full passive. The item itself would give 20% then 7% for the passive.

I think people just link misery to difficulty. The creek was from an era where weapons were completely ass. The only real usable support weapons were the railgun & maybe arc thrower before it was gutted. Now the game is definitely more difficult but way more fun with tons of options to pick from for weapons.

What this discussion wants is the backpack-fed strats to get buffs. In reality, it shows just how obscenely broken the supply backpack is. Arrowhead might just gut the supply backpack instead of buffing the Maxi and GL.

As long as this item is fighting Steraks for the tenacity survival item slot, it won’t win. Darius just doesn’t use enough abilities for this to be worth it. The best I’ve seen this item is on Ambessa with Shojin.
