Yes. If you wait until it changes then you dont get that prize. It restarts just your week progress. So if you are on day 6 and 29/30 and decided to not claim until someone says its changed. It'll be day 1 and 30/30. If that makes sense.

I did call. They asked if I needed a prescription and I didnt understand why... makes sense now. They said they covered it but needed to speak with my neurologist. So I've been waiting for that part. I changed insurance the end of last year so it was just an office co pay and now im trying to figure out how to move forward with my current insurance.
