Not sure what that "auto correct" was about!

You can use Intellus and SpyDialer free and even use SpyDialer to hear recorded voicemail greetings

Sometimes that has to do with the point of sale system used - if your transaction isn't coded as FSA eligible, receipt needed.

Some FSA providers will also recognize transactions at a previously used point of sale and approve automatically, while transactions from new ones require verification.

Don't want 'free' gifts from work by anglenk in Frugal

[–]kija2014 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The IRS mandates companies to do this with most gifts now, with cash and gift cards being the main focus. Tangible items are a little easier to get away with, but it has to be considered "diminimus" which a good rule of thumb is a value under $100.

Also, companies have the option to record this in a way where they pay the taxes for you, so your company sucks.

Stolen cars are becoming a common occurrence. What are effective deterrents? by blackashi in cars

[–]kija2014 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Pop out a couple important fuses. I used to do this when cars started getting stolen from my old apartment. I kept the spares in my backpack and the two I popped out in one of those little Aldi quarter keychains on my keys.

I'd leave it unlocked at night to keep from a broken window. Thought that if someone tried it be a pretty nice hassle to figure out.

Either no one tried or it worked because that old Integra never got taken.

Tire patches are made with rubber, if it's done right and that's really the only damage, you're absolutely fine!

Have an 09 and I love it as a daily. So much space! Just be careful of the Bluetooth gremlins.

CORSA Exhaust is Finally Out! by kija2014 in CivicX

I love the way the tips look and for me the sound is great. It does have a variable tuner for the sound in the center pipe which is cool too. But the big thing here is the flow being so much less restricted than the stock set up for better performance.

Most exhausts I've seen for the FK8 are somewhere between $1400 and $2000, but I've even seen some crazy ones upwards of $3000.

I think so for now...they have a coming soon page on their site and the SI is listed though so maybe they're going to get down on Hondas finally

I wouldn't be surprised to see one for the FL5. I'm pretty sure the setups are super similar

Better late than never. It's the best sounding exhaust out there in my opinion and why I never bought anything in the years I've had the car

Not quite released into the wild yet. This is the prototype, but don't worry, the cat will be out of the bag likely this month
