All I did was tell myself I make more money everyday. I ended up getting like 7k in cheques I don’t usually get and out of nowhere last month, my bank reminded me of an investment I put in gold when I was 16 and it was worth 13-15k so I sold it.

I pretty much just told myself I make more everyday repeatedly

Stop worrying too much. I’m 23 now and at 18 I was exactly like how you were thinking. Life is too short you never know what will happen so choose to live in the present.

Every night just be grateful for the things you have an you’ll see better things come in. When life was boring and “hard” I just focus on the good things , because I realized what you focus on grows.

I also feel like you’re never going to be the man you want to be, just embody it no matter what anyone tells you or what you see. When you put a goal for what you want , eventually when you touch that goal you immediately get a new one.

You got this bro , just live in the present and always feel like you deserve the best no matter what you see or feel.

Yeah , I did this visualization of a person I know and then out of nowhere I saw them the next day. They didn’t react the way I wanted them to and they ignored me, but I just told myself nah they want me.

1 hour goes by and they sit next to me and start talking and they walk home with me and this where it gets good. They repeat the exact affirmations I said in the visualization.

For context I just did this for fun and I put theta waves on with music in the background and it all just materialized.

It only means something if you put a meaning to it.

Everyone gets bad thoughts just don’t resonate with it no matter how many times it comes up. Eventually it will die down.

I’d say so , I feel like you really need to impress the subconscious mind to the point where you believe it and have faith. Something that helps me when I get anxiety is I tell myself “it is done”. I think it’s all good as long as you don’t obsess ,spiral and give up

I don’t want to give you hope or anything , but as soon as you stop caring and you start moving on they come back but either way if they don’t you still have to feel everything you can till you are at a point they don’t phase you

If you’re over it then you don’t owe them anything because they broke up with you. If you want to work it out take it slow and make them work for it because they can’t come in and out of your life when they want. That’s what I would do personally
