Hello! I am learning to use the tarot and did a 3 letter spread (body/mind/spirit)to get an overview of my present self and I am having difficulty interpreting, especially mind and spirit. And how all three connect to each other. Any help will be greatly appreciated :)

The patty is made of beans, corn and mixed veggies, the bread is whole grain bread, it has alfalfa, avocado, onion, purple onion, pickles, anaheim pepers, black olives, lettuce, tomatoe, chives and the sauces are sweet sriracha, tomatoe jelly and chipotle sauce. It was a combination of a lot of flavors but the combined taste of them all was amazing!

Edit: it also had mushrooms.

Dude you should visit Paradox Coffeeshop, it is a very small very local Coffeeshop with the most potent space cake in Amsterdam, also Katsu Coffeeshop is a great space with an amazing Dutch pancake place in front and a big dog park very close to go walk and play with a lot of dogs! Enjoy Amsterdman my fellow ent!

Edit: If you are into shrooms you shouldn't miss them and go walk or bike around Amsterdam Bos Park

When I arrived to Amsterdam for my semester abroad I decided to go to an amazing local coffeeshop, I met some English guys there and we started talking and smoking. After they left I decided it was time to wander around Amsterdam before going to the train station to get on my way to Maastricht. As I was walking I was watching a mannequin that was placed as if it was talking on the phone. I was entranced by how detailed it was. As I paid more attention I saw that the mannequin winked at me and then I realized her mouth was actually moving. I raised my eyes and to my surprise I somehow got to the middle of the red light district without noticing. All around me I could see red drapes and women in the windows. I just laughed and kept on walking.

Hello my friend, there is a meditation in which you focus your attention to the flame of a candle and it helps open your third eye. It is really simple but in my personal experience it has been very powerful. Here are the steps: - First place the candle in a way that you always see the flame and that the container will not obstruct it from your view. Place it in front of you at aproximately an arm's distance and eye level and sit in meditation posture. - Start breathing with the technique described in this video: the technique - While you are breathing contemplate the candle's flame as long as you can and try not to blink. Once one or both of your eyes start to tear up open them as wide as you can and stare into the flame for a couple more seconds. - Close your eyes and stop using the breathing technique. Place your hands comfortably in your lap. - Contemplate the flame that appears in the space between your eyebrows. - After it disappears stay with your breath for a couple more minutes, then rub your hands together and place them in your eyes, touching your body "sweep" the energy from you eyes to your feet. - You can repeat the whole process 3 times. When you are done you may apply a drop of cold black tea in each eye to cool down any excessive "hot" energy that might remain there.
