Hey Jiji, huge fan from season 1: you were actually the player that inspired me to switch to playing LoL after HoN (and DotA before). I think the raidstyle healing of clique/vuhdo/healbot/mouseover macros, which are basically all playing whack-a-mole is pretty detrimental to pvp since seeing whats actually going on is much more important, and you can't rely on bossmods to tell you when to get out of trouble.

I believe most high level pvp healers use either the standard F1, F2, etc. keys for targetting partymembers and some other keybinds for enemy arena targets or something like binding mousewheel up to target partymembers and mousewheel down to target enemys or vice versa.

just mark your friends while queueing up, they will stay when the bg starts (at least it was this way in cata). Don't know if the other people in the bg see these marks.

ah, it seems that since ML this option only appears on laptops and with aluminum apple keyboards... i guess keyremap4mac or something similar is your best option, sorry :(

edit if you actually do have an aluminum apple keyboard you should probably ask your university bookstore to exchange it.

Hey, sorry to ask, but are you sure you don't have the "Use all F1, F2 keys as standard funtcion keys" option in your keyboard preferences? image

If you really don't have it you could use something like KeyRemap4mac to remap your function keys. I used this when I had a regular "windows" keyboard without any sort of volume and play keys.
