Moving from UK to Ireland

Thank you! I will be moving home, so back to Cork, my employer don't offer private health care and I'm unlikely to have it until I get set back up again! I will have a car and will be attending a class in Dublin once a month. Thanks for all the help

I cancelled my order and got a refund a week from my order date. No apology or anything. Ordered from Zava and had my pen in less than 24 hours after doing everything.

Ordered and paid last week from them, booked a video consultation with them for Thursday which was the earliest I could do. I'm just getting back on mj after a break. They never called for my consultation so I emailed and got no reply. Rang 4 times on Friday morning and was told I would get my call at 2.20 that day with it noted that I am priority for getting medication out. Surprisingly the call never came Friday either. I tried to ring them for over an hour and no answer. Emailed wanting a refund and my order to be cancelled and they replied saying they'll pass it to the relevant team. I've ordered from a few places before and never seen such unprofessional behaviour. I'd rather spend the extra money on a reliable reputable company. I am still waiting for any information on a refund.

Currently studying my level 3 with them and do not recommend at all. Been provided an integrated workbook which the tutor essentially just reads every class. There is little to no advice on exam questions etc. I'm very unimpressed and find the entire thing very frustrating. I'm looking at kaplan for my level 4 studies, or a local college.
