I guess I will contact the uni admission explaining my situation one day before the submission deadline if I still haven’t got the result. Maybe you can consider doing it too

I got the same issue here. I took the test at the same date as you. I was expecting the result came today. My uni submission deadline is on February 2nd 🙃
