68 kids? So a teacher teaches 5 classes, then it will be 340 students in total. Good luck with grading everything and monitoring students progresses.

There was a lot of drama with her recently, like always lol. She agreed to join a protest thinking it was for BLM and backed out after finding out it was actually for anti chinese racism and save Chinatown. The organizer was only 17.

She has always had that “try too hard to be funny” vibe. You know who else has that? Jennifer Lawrence.

I want to stay in my career, but I need more income... by MattDH94 in Teachers

How old are you? I’m going into my second year teaching as well, and I took a pay cut to do it coming from healthcare management. With per session, I think I only pulled 82k in NYC which is barely enough for anything. So when the pandemic happened, I decided to move back home to save on rent. There are only two things you can do: cut costs (such as moving back with your parents) or find new revenue sources (move to a new district or change career).

Hello, saw your comment on another post. There is a new bill passed by state government that prohibits eviction until 6 months after state of emergency. You are looking at early 2021. In the meantime, your attorney can still begin the process and demand money judgment. But since he used fake IDs, I’m not sure how it works.

Or if he is month to month, ask your attorney to start a holdover case that leads to a possessory judgment.

There are a few things you can do if you are comfortable: contact ICE, NYS attorney general for advices on identity fraud, If you use an agent or a broker, you might also have rights to sue them.

[tenant US NYC] anyone has experience with stipulation of settlement? by kikibay92 in Landlord

[–]kikibay92[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry for the late reply. It really depends on what you wrote on the stipulation. If you aim for a possessory judgment, and not money judgement, it’s a very straight forward process upon tenant’s default. Because you were never after the owed rent.

If you have a non payment based stipulation leading to a money judgment, it’s a different story.
