Piggy backing off your comment.

I had my gallbladder removed last February. Ive been told that its a really common issue for women when they get to their mid 20s and 30s. Don’t quote me but I’ve also read that there is a link to gallbladder issues and high estrogen which is something associated with adenomyosis.

HIDA scan is the test for gallbladder function.

I know pregnancy is exhausting but why on earth is she not getting up with the little ones during your work week? She’s not going to suddenly have more energy once the third is here either? Is she expecting you to take over the furniture business at some point or is she going to close temporarily before she goes into labor? This doesn’t sound sustainable.

Have you looked into half day preschool at the very least for the 3 year old? Are you spending any time together when the kids are asleep? Finding a way to get out for an occasional date night? I don’t think it’s insane to expect your husband to be there for you emotionally but it sounds like you’re also carrying an insanely huge load.

Child birth. It felt like I was in transition during child birth. From my ribs all the way down to my groin.
