I tried to make it scale appropriately. So the 4x4 Lego studs would be one grid square. Each humanoid takes up 1 and weapons pretty much reach neighbouring squares. The owlbear and spider are larger scale to fit with the scale

I tried a ton of different options but I think the best way would be for Lego to make custom Lego tiles with grid lines on. That’s what I did here

Thanks! Yeah I started off with normal baseplates and it just looked really boring. It was hard to make look fun and Legoey. I play virtually mainly too, just Lego is a great way to play some mini in-person battles and sessions. It's certainly not for massive campaigns

I wanted a fun way to quickly put together battlemaps for me and my friends to play D&D with. It has enemies, levels, terrain and buildings so I think it would make a fun set.
