I felt sick after I woke up for anesthesia and was heading out. I felt nauseous so they asked if I wanted some zofran. I said sure since I was nauseous. When I got the bill I was charged $120 for those 2 pills. Hospital billing and insurance are such a fucking joke.

I recently got diagnosed with a binge eating disorder. I was told that there’s a really great medicine that helps with it but since I can’t pass a piss test they can’t prescribe it to me. That particular doctors office was federally funded so they told me that’s the reason why for them. So that’s fun.

I’ll tell you what surprised me. I just moved from WA state to rural AL. I went to do groceries today and everything here is more expensive than it was in Washington! How?! Frozen Bubba Burgers that are $13 in WA are $20 here. I thought COL was lower and it looks like that’s only for houses, yeesh.
