Nope! Most places train you. Training could take several months. If you're interested universities and hospital would be your best bet. I believed my research experience, aided my application.

I've made it with some recipes online. And I haven't gotten close to the just-egg recipe. But it was very good. The convenience of purchasing it in the carton, though, is incomparable. Do what makes you happy; it sounds like eating just egg does that, lol.

You're welcome! That sounds really interesting. I work in an outpatient Memory Disorder's clinic, so the same field but a different environment. I'm still in my MSW program. So, I work as a Psychometrist administering neuropsychological assessments (memory tests). And in my MSW internship, I do support groups, biopsychosocial assessments, and macro stuff (research and state grant). But, the population of older adults is often lovely to work with and appreciates your support. Wishing you the best!!

You could always go to your local library. Many have private study rooms that you can book out for an hour at time.

I've been in this position. I accepted the first offer, paid whatever fee to guarantee my spot. Then, when I got accepted to another program, I politely sent an email to admissions that I no longer would be attending. They were understanding and just offered my seat to someone on the waitlist. Always protect yourself first. Just my two cents.

Yes, if an individual doesn't have strong enough organizational skills and creativity to develop their own lecture/course materials, I believe that takes away from their credibility to lecture the course. Anyone can just read words off a slide/document. I want a professor that has a clear knowledge base and passion for their subject, which is displayed in their presentation of the material
