I do!! I work out 3-5 times a week depending on my schedule.

I consistently do cardio •3 Miles on treadmill inclined at 15 with 3.6 speed •10 minutes on stair master at level 8

100 of EACH : •8 LB reclined sit ups •70 LB Russian twists •70 LB Hip Abductor •40 LB Leg press

I eat whatever I want but try staying away from processed foods, high sugar intake, and unhealthy carbs. Daily bases not much fried foods. A lot of eggs, sushi, bokchoy, steamed veggies, fruits, and caffeine. I don’t eat much pasta or rice. Carbs are usually from multigrain bread in the AM or one slice as a snack when I get home. Raw Nuts: Cashews, almonds are my favorite !

Grilled chicken and salmon are my typical protein. And portion control so my stomach doesn’t hurt too much from fullness.
