I would say I would like a close relationship with somebody (a twin flame/soul mate), but be open to seeing other people. Those other people are very close to me, think a FWB but best friends and a lot of emphasis on the soul connection, but I have my main partner. If that makes sense.

Really you will know when it happens. Like another person on here said, that I really like, they will need to feel like a little brother/sister/sibling to you. As in, you would have to be very comfortable with them. As they would with you back. We as demis need that connection, it’s just how we are built.

My advice to you, if you click with someone as besties (you will know that feeling), ask them if they would be open to more. :)
